.As per the requirements of paragraph 6.13 of the “Guidelines for Determination of Tariff by Bidding Process for Procurement of Power By Distribution Licensees” issued by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, the undersigned, for and on behalf of the Procurers from Gujarat, Maharastra, Haryana, Punjab & Rajasthan, hereby makes evaluation of bids submitted for Mundra Ultra Mega Power Project, District Kutch, Gujarat, public indicating hereunder terms of winning bid and anonymous comparison of all other bids:

3	Agreement to Hypothecate Cum Deed of Hypothecation signed amongst Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution company Ltd. and CGPL
